HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A BABY PIGEON IN NEW YORK CITY?
The answers is No!
Why?
You have to be ready to make it in a tough environment. Which is very much the attitude needed to make it in the real world. Business is no different. In the ten years that I have worked in the European market, I have noticed that there are fewer of these baby pigeons around. When I first came to Sweden, I felt that most people were reluctant decision makers. I later learned that this had more to do with a more relaxed and less fast paced market as opposed to the fury of fast break decisions in the USA.

The pace has picked up quite a bit over the years. The Scandinavian and European market are edging closer to broadening their business models for an international market. This is where I come in. I thrive among those who are open minded and professional. I take responsibility very personally and am often obsessed with finding a permanent solution to an issue, not just a quick fix.

Personally, I don't think there is anything I enjoy much more than having several tasks to deal with at the same time. Working in a team dynamic is often more enjoyable due to the innumerous ideas and approaches that can be encountered to complete the tasks at hand. Individually, I can not stop thinking of the next thing to solve, the next move to improve. I consider myself an honest idea person. If I don't have an idea to a problem, I say so right away, But, If I have one idea, I usually have a few more up my sleeve.

I like to deliver. That is, I like it when I can close the deal or offer an alternative point of view. Being face to face with someone and going over the details is my specialty. I always like to say, "Tell me what you want, and I'll show you what you need!"
